Signing in
- Go to your shop's address followed by /admin/, for example yourshop.co.uk/admin/.
- Type your email address and press Send my code.
- Check your inbox. A 6-digit code arrives within a few seconds and lasts 10 minutes.
- Type the code in and press Sign in. You land on the dashboard.
Code not arrived?Check your junk folder first, then ask for a new code. Each new code replaces the last one. For security, only 3 codes can be sent to one address in 15 minutes, so if they still are not arriving, wait a little before trying again.
Who can sign in
Only the email addresses listed in Settings > Admins can sign in. If someone else types their email, the screen looks just the same but no code is sent. To give a member of your team their own sign-in, see Staff sign-ins.
Staying signed in
- You stay signed in on that computer or phone for 30 days.
- Press Sign out (top right) if you are ever on a shared computer.
- Each person has their own sign-in, so the logs always show who did what.
Keep your email safeBecause the code goes to your inbox, anyone who can read your email could sign in. Use a strong password on your email account and keep it to yourself.
