- Dispatched: sent out (and delivered or collected, if you mark that).
- All paid: every order that has ever been paid.
- Refunded: any order with a full or part refund.
- Cancelled: orders that did not go ahead. Nothing was charged.

Reading a row
Each row shows the customer, order number, town and postcode, the total, the status pill and the date. The round icon on the left shows where the money is: a card, K for Klarna, green for bank transfer or cash, a grey clock for not paid, amber for refunded and red for failed. Click a row to open the order.
Finding an order
Type a name, company, postcode or order number into the search box. It searches the pill you are on, so use All paid or Archived to look further back. Customers do not need accounts: search by their name or email to see everything they have bought.
Doing several at once
Tick orders, or use Select all on this page, and a bar appears at the bottom with Print packing slips, Print invoices, Mark packed, Mark dispatched, Archive, Restore and Delete unpaid. Delete unpaid never touches a paid order. See Packing and sending for the daily routine.
