Your first sign-inThere are no passwords in your shop's admin. The dashboardThe dashboard is your morning check. Finding your way roundEverything is one or two clicks away: the menu down the left, and Help, View shop and Sign out along the top. The admin on your phoneThe admin works like an app on your phone.

Orders

From a new order to the parcel on its way, plus refunds and phone orders.

The orders listOrders opens on To pack, oldest first, so the first thing you see is what needs doing next. Inside an orderClick any order to open it. Packing and sendingHere is the whole routine, from a new order to the parcel on its way. Refunds and credit notesAnything paid online can be refunded straight from the order, in full or in part. Courier spreadsheetsThe Delivery CSVs panel gives you one file for each courier, with every name and address ready to import. Phone and manual ordersThe New order button in Orders is for anything that does not come through the website: phone and email orders, trade orders, agreed prices and custom deliveries.

Delivery quotes, quote requests and Contact page messages, and how to turn them into sales.

Quotes and messagesRequests holds everything a customer sends you that is not a paid order. Turning a quote into a saleWhen a customer asks for a quote, you work out the price, then press Convert to sale.

Products

Add and edit products, prices, options, extras, pictures and more.

The product listProducts lists everything in your shop. Adding or editing a productA new product starts hidden, so you can add its price, pictures and words before anyone sees it. Prices, options and bulk pricesA product can have one price, a price for each option (such as size or colour), or bulk prices that drop as the quantity goes up. Extras and add-onsExtras are optional add-ons customers can pick on a product's page, such as a bulb with a lamp. Descriptions, tabs and specificationsThe Content section holds the words in the tabs under each product: the description, the features and any extra tabs you add, such as a specification. PicturesAdd as many pictures as you like. Arranging productsArrange sets the order products appear in on each category page, under Recommended. Bulk editing in ExcelFor changes across lots of products at once, such as a price rise, a sale or stock updates, download a spreadsheet, change it in Excel and upload it again.

Your shop's set-up

Business detailsYour business details are used across the website, emails and invoices. The homepageYour homepage builds itself from your products, categories and brands, so it stays up to date without you touching it. Categories and filtersCategories make up your shop menu, and filters are the tick boxes customers use in the sidebar to narrow things down. Delivery and postcode zonesEach product goes by a delivery service, the postcode decides the zone, and a price grid sets the charge. Emails and notificationsYour shop sends all its emails by itself, in your branding. Pages and FAQsYour information pages, such as Terms, Privacy and Returns, and the questions on your FAQ page are all edited in Settings. PaymentsCustomers pay through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Reports and your data

Your figures, VAT, who can sign in, and keeping your own copies of your data.

ReportsReports shows your figures for any period, all counted the same way, and every view downloads as Excel or PDF for you or your accountant. VAT returnsThe VAT tab adds up your VAT for each quarter, after refunds, to help with your VAT return. Staff sign-insEveryone who uses the admin signs in with their own email and gets their own code, so the shop always knows who did what. Backups and exportsYour shop backs itself up every night.

Browsing the shop

What customers see as they look round your shop.

The homepageThis is the first page most customers see. Categories, filters and searchCategory pages list your products with a sidebar of filters, so customers can narrow things down and sort them the way they like. The product pageThe product page has everything a customer needs to decide: pictures, price, delivery, options and extras, and the full details in tabs underneath.

Buying

The basket, checkout, delivery prices, tracking and the emails customers get.

Basket and checkoutCustomers do not need an account. Delivery and the postcode checkerCustomers can see what delivery costs before they reach checkout: on every product page, and by typing their postcode in the basket. Track my orderCustomers can check their order at any time on the Track my order page, which saves you "where's my order?" calls and emails. Emails your customers getYour shop sends every email by itself, in your branding, with your logo, contact details and footer.
