Add it to your home screen

1. On an iPhone: open your shop's /admin/ address in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
2. On Android (or Chrome on a computer): open the same address and use the Install option in the browser menu.
3. Open the admin from its new icon and sign in once. It remembers you for 30 days.

Switch on order alerts

1. Open the app from your home screen and go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Press Enable order notifications and allow notifications when your phone asks.
3. Press Send test notification to check it works.

From then on, each paid order pops up on that phone. Tap it to open the order. Alerts are set up per device, so do this on each phone or computer you want them on. Turn off on this device stops them again.

Getting round on a phone

The tab bar along the bottom has Dashboard, Orders, Requests, Products, Reports and Settings. Orders opens on To pack, with the New order button and the courier files at the top, so you can check what is waiting from anywhere.
