The four figures along the top
- Today: what you have taken today and how many paid orders that is.
- This month: the same for the month so far.
- To pack: paid orders waiting to be packed, and how many are packed and waiting to go.
- New requests: quotes and messages you have not dealt with yet.
To pack and New requests are highlighted because they are the ones that need you. Click either to go straight to that list.
Latest orders and requests
Latest orders shows your five newest orders with the order number, customer, postcode, total and status pill. The round icon shows how they paid, for example a card or K for Klarna. Latest requests shows the newest quotes and messages, with a New pill on anything not yet looked at. Use All orders or All requests to see the full lists.
The Shop panel and the app
Lower down, the Shop panel shows how many products are live, how many are out of stock, and whether every email in the last 7 days went out. Next to it, Get the app explains how to put the admin on your phone (see The admin on your phone).
Red banner at the top?If a payment has gone wrong in the last 24 hours, a red banner appears at the top of the dashboard with a link straight to what happened. It only shows to admins, not staff.
