The PixelShop admin works as an app on your phone, and full width on your desktop. Everything you do day to day is a couple of taps away.
- Order alerts. A buzz on your phone the moment an order is paid.
- Orders and refunds. Mark orders sent, refund in full or in part, and the customer gets a branded email.
- Phone and manual orders. Build an order for a customer and send them a link to pay.
- Paperwork done for you. VAT invoices, packing slips and credit notes as PDFs.
- Email-code sign-in. Staff get their own access, and you control who can change settings.

What is PixelShop?
PixelShop is our own hand-coded shop platform. Every shop is built around how that business sells, then installed, hosted and looked after by PixelBay. There's no plugin stack to keep updated and nothing you don't need.

Can you move my WooCommerce shop over?
Yes. We bring your products, categories and pictures across, build the new shop on a private copy so you can check it, then redirect your old addresses so Google keeps sending people to the right pages. How a move works.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. The admin adds to your home screen like an app. You get a buzz for new orders, and can process orders, refunds and manual orders, and print invoices, all from your phone.
Do I own the shop?
On pay monthly, your shop is licensed to you while you're on the plan. Your products, orders, customers and content are always yours. Buying outright means the finished shop is yours to use, while our underlying code stays ours, so it can't be copied or resold. Read the terms.
